I am a victim of the purge like the other hundreds of thousands of victims in my country right now. I was born in Europe. As I came back to my country when I was 7 years old, I was naturally very happy to not have been aware that in my future, I would be called a terrorist. I was going to complete elementary, secondary and college education and start to work in one of the priceless cities of my country. Merhaba… Ben ‘şu’yum diye kendimi tanıtmak isterdim ama bu mümkün değil… Zaten bunca insanın, tarihte pek çok örneğini gördüğümüz, tıpkı ‘Holokost’ta, tıpkı ‘Ermeni Tehciri’nde olduğu gibi kıyıma uğradığı ülkemde ismimin bir önemi de yok… ‘Mağdur’um ben, ülkedeki yüz binlerce mağdurdan sadece biriyim… Avrupa’da doğdum. 7 yaşında ülkeme döndüğümde –bir gün terörist ilan edileceğimi- tabi ki bilmediğimden inanılmaz mutluydum. İlk öğrenimimi ve üniversiteyi de ülkemde bitirecek, ardından nadide şehirlerimizden birinde göreve başlayacaktım. Bu nadide şehir, beni hem hayat arkadaşımla hem de Hizmet Hareketi ile tanıştıracaktı…
